Arrival Information - Home Students 

Home students allocated to our Parsons Field Site will be asked to arrive on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th September, you will be able to book a time slot for your arrival.

Home students allocated to our Bailey Site will be asked to arrive on Sunday 29th September, you will be able to select a preferred timeslot.

Further detailed instructions will follow once the accommodation room allocation has taken place at the beginning of September.

It is very important that we know when you are due to arrive. Please ensure you complete the International Students Arrival Form as soon as possible.

Bailey Residents Only - Special Traffic Arrangements for Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th September 2024

The University looks forward to welcoming you and your family members to Durham and to your cooperation in ensuring the arrival of all new students on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th of September.

To ensure a smoother freshers arrivals weekend process, the University has introduced special controls for traffic on the Peninsula and you will require an access permit for your college.
