Students who are a citizen of or be granted refugee status by an eligible Commonwealth country, or be a British Protected Person.
Students who are registered for a PhD at a university in an eligible Commonwealth country.
Durham University accepts the maximum tuition fee provided by CONAHCyT (MXN 200,000, approx. £9,400), without the need for students to make any contribution from their own funds.
